Hi
First of all, you must name the activity. Then you can decide what facilities you need and how they can be safe/unsafe.
Three factors are:
1. Check that all equipment is in good condition
2. Check that the playing surface is suitable and in good condition (bear in
mind the weather)
3. Check that the playing area has no obstructions or dangerous surroundings.
How's that? Good luck

Hi
RICE is an easy way to remember how to treat a soft tissue injury, such as a bruise, strain or sprain, in order to prevent it getting worse and to reduce recovery time from the injury:

R stands for REST - don't keep playing
I stands for ICE - put an ice pack on the site of the injury to reduce blood flow (for 10 mins) and ease the pain
C stands for COMPRESSION - strap it with a bandage or cloth to minimise swelling and reduce pain
E stands for ELEVATION - place the injury higher than you heart to reduce blood flow and reduce throbbing.
Hope this helps.
